Product-launch Instagram carousel outline
Give each slide a separate buyer question. Show the product and its use early, then explain the details that would otherwise be missing from a photograph. Finish with the actual product destination.
Your working document
Worked example · a fictional handmade pouch launch
| Slide purpose | Material to show | Information to explain |
|---|---|---|
| Use | The pouch holding a small everyday set | What this particular size can actually hold |
| Construction | A clear fabric and fastening close-up | Verified material and fastening type |
| Options | The available sizes side by side | Which dimensions belong to each option |
| Inclusions | The delivered item without misleading props | The pouch is included; display items are not |
| Ordering | A readable product destination | Where to check current price and availability |
Check the sequence
- The first slide makes the subject understandable without reading the whole caption.
- Each later slide answers a different useful question.
- Photographs represent the delivered item rather than an unlabelled prototype.
- Text remains readable in the chosen crop and does not rely on tiny footnotes.
- The ordering destination agrees with the options and conditions described.
Do not force a fixed slide count
A product with a simple use and one option may need fewer slides. A comparison or setup sequence may need more. Add a slide because information is missing, not because a template has another empty box.
The pouch example is illustrative. Use your own product facts, original photographs and permissions. Follow-up resources can explain a genuinely separate question such as care or a more detailed use demonstration.
