Notices and changes
Platforms change how they count and deliver. When a package is affected we say so here and on the package itself, and we record what changes on our side.
Follower, subscriber and member packages now cost less per thousand as the quantity grows. The quantity buttons show the standard price crossed out and the amount saved, and the same price applies in the cart, at checkout and through the API. See the price list or offers.
You no longer need to create a password before your first order. Enter an email address at checkout, review the order, add funds and submit. We email a link to set a password afterwards, so you can come back to follow the order or request a refill.
Prices can be shown in US dollars, Hong Kong dollars or New Taiwan dollars in any language, using the selector at the bottom of each page. This changes the display only: wallets and orders are still charged in US dollars, and the amount is confirmed before you submit.
New on the site: starter bundles that add followers, likes and views to the cart together, a help centre grouped by problem, a glossary, a price list of every package, and free calculators for engagement rate, follower growth and ad costs.
Package pages now show the recent completion time for a package once enough orders have finished, a notice when a package is affected by a platform change, and ratings only where customers with completed orders have left them.
