Using the service
You are responsible for the accuracy of your order details and for having authority to submit the target content. Use must comply with applicable rules and must not involve unlawful content, impersonation or misuse of another person’s account.
Orders and delivery
The service description and displayed charge form the basis of each order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Supplier availability may change, and submitted orders cannot always be cancelled or edited. Platform enforcement or changes may affect delivery and retention.
Balances and disputes
Wallet records show verified deposits, charges and credits. Report disputed activity through support with the relevant transaction or order. Refund and refill requests are assessed against the purchased service conditions and applicable obligations.
