Refunds & refills
Order credit
A cancelled or partially delivered order may result in credit for the undelivered portion after reconciliation. Any credit appears in the wallet ledger with its order reference. A pending cancellation does not itself credit the wallet.
Refill requests
Refills are available only where the purchased service offers them and its conditions are met. Request a refill from the order page. Eligibility, time window and supplier response determine the outcome; a refill is not a payment refund.
Payment refunds
A payment refund is separate from an order credit. Contact support with the payment reference and reason. Requests require review of the verified payment, any spent balance, the payment method and applicable obligations. Do not initiate a second payment to resolve an unconfirmed first payment.
