Wallet credits and payment refunds
An order credit returns the charge for undelivered quantity to your Boostsy wallet automatically. A payment refund returns money to your original payment method and must be requested from support. Credits appear in your wallet ledger with the order number.
Order credits
You are credited automatically when:
- a queued order is cancelled before submission,
- the supplier rejects an order,
- an order ends as Partial or Canceled with quantity undelivered.
The credit equals the charge for the undelivered share and appears in Wallet, then Transactions with the order number. A pending cancellation does not credit the wallet until the supplier confirms it.
Payment refunds
A payment refund sends money back to the method you paid with. To request one, open a support ticket and include the payment reference and the reason. Staff review the verified payment, any balance already spent, the payment method and applicable obligations. Not every method can be refunded to source.
What is not refundable
- Quantity that was delivered as described.
- Drops on a package that states no refill.
- Orders that could not be delivered because the target was private, changed or did not meet the package conditions, after delivery was attempted.
Refills are separate
A refill replaces lost quantity; it is not money back. See refills and cancellations.
Full terms are in the refund policy.
