Short-video playbook for a handmade jewellery shop

Use video to make a piece's size, fastening, finish and included contents understandable. Keep the exact item identifiable and separate observable details from claims that need evidence. A styled photograph can introduce a piece; a useful demonstration answers the next buying question.

Build a workable content routine

  1. Identify one buyer question

Choose a fact a viewer cannot learn from the styled image. Plan the close view or measurement needed to answer it.

  2. Film the representative piece

Use consistent light and the actual available version. Keep props from hiding scale or implying an inclusion.

  3. Connect the explanation

Use the product destination for complete current options and care information. Follow a size question with the deeper measurement or comparison resource when needed.

Apply the playbook

For a pendant, one video can show the measured pendant and chain arrangement. Another can demonstrate the clasp, while a contents view can separate the included chain from a styling accessory. The actual product information supplies composition facts the camera cannot establish by appearance alone.

Record product questions and actual enquiries, then check whether a missing detail caused them. Use a defined launch or restock window for comparisons and note changes in availability.

Review before publishing

  • Size and composition facts are verified.
  • The piece shown matches the available option.
  • Props and separately sold items are identified.
  • Claims are no broader than their evidence.
