Adding funds to your wallet
Open Wallet in your account, choose one of the payment methods shown, enter an amount and follow the instructions. Your balance is credited only after the payment is verified. The wallet is held in US dollars; Hong Kong and Taiwan pages show converted prices for reference.
Payment methods
Your wallet lists the methods currently available to your account. Depending on configuration these can include PayPal, Binance Pay, a Binance transfer with a reference, a USDT deposit on BNB Smart Chain, and manual payment with a receipt.
How verification works

Returning to the site after paying does not credit the wallet by itself. If a payment shows as pending, wait for verification. Do not pay a second time to fix an unconfirmed first payment.
Exact amounts
Transfer and on-chain methods show an exact amount, slightly different from the round figure you typed. Send exactly that amount, on the network shown, within the time window. A different amount, network or late payment cannot be matched automatically and needs a support review.
Currency
Wallet balances, charges and refunds are in US dollars. Prices on Hong Kong and Taiwan pages are conversions for reference; checkout shows the USD amount that will be deducted.
Staying safe
- Pay only to the details shown inside your account.
- Never send funds to an address from an unsolicited message.
- Support will never ask for your password or authenticator codes.
Refunds
Order credits return to the wallet. Refunds to a payment method are covered in the refund policy.
