Pending means the order is waiting for processing. Processing or in progress means fulfillment has started. Completed means the supplier reports delivery complete; contact support if the result differs.

Partial means only part was delivered. Cancelled means delivery stopped or the order was not accepted. Refunds and remaining quantities appear in your order and wallet records. An unknown submission outcome requires review before any retry.
