How long delivery takes
Each package lists an estimated start, such as 0 to 2 hours, and a delivery speed, such as 300 or more per day. Divide your quantity by the daily speed and add the start time for a rough completion estimate. Estimates are not guarantees; large orders and platform updates can extend delivery.
Estimating completion
Take the quantity, divide by the daily speed in the comparison table, and add the start estimate.
| Quantity | Speed | Start | Rough completion |
|---|---|---|---|
| 500 | 300+ per day | 0 to 2 hours | About 2 days |
| 5000 | 5000+ per day | 0 to 6 hours | About 1 day |
| 20000 | 5000+ per day | 0 to 6 hours | About 4 days |
Gradual delivery is deliberate. A count that rises over days looks more natural than one that jumps in minutes.
What slows an order
- Platform updates. When a platform changes something, suppliers pause or slow delivery.
- Busy periods. Popular packages can queue.
- Private or changed targets. Delivery stops if the account goes private or the username changes.
- Overlapping orders on the same link.
- Supplier funding or review holds. Rare, and handled by our staff; your order stays queued and is not lost.
Live and timed services
Live viewer and Space listener packages run for a stated duration. Start the broadcast before ordering, and order close to the time you need the viewers.
If it is taking too long
Check the order page for the current status and remaining quantity. If the start estimate has passed by several hours with no change, open a ticket from the order page.
