Online shop product restock campaign kit

Make the returning product options and fulfilment arrangement clear before announcing availability. Prepare the product explanation and customer-question route around the current item, rather than reusing an old launch asset whose options have changed.

  • The destination shows the actual available options.
  • Old imagery does not imply a discontinued version.
  • Inclusions and styling props are distinct.
  • Stock changes have a named update owner.

Coordinate the complete kit

A restock may need a different explanation from the original launch. Use recurring size, contents or delivery questions to decide which new asset is worthwhile.

The restock calendar links the announcement to replies and review work. Use actual outcome records and keep any source gaps visible; an order following a post is not automatically attributable to it.
