Consultant webinar announcement campaign kit
Explain the webinar's specific question, intended audience, programme and participation arrangement. Give registrants the correct time zone and access process, and distinguish an educational example from a claimed client outcome.
Your working document
Prepare the campaign assets
| Asset | What it explains | Ready before publication |
|---|---|---|
| Question-led invitation | The actual decision the session addresses | Programme and audience scope are confirmed |
| Programme preview | What will be explained and any usable output | Do not promise a segment or resource that is not ready |
| Participation instructions | Date, time zone and registration/access arrangement | Test the real confirmation process |
| Follow-up | The actual shareable resource or recording arrangement | Use only what the session really provides |

Coordinate the complete kit
If no recording is offered, remove the recording field from public copy. Do not imply that someone registering for a live session will receive an on-demand version.
Use the consultant opening lines to introduce the actual question, and the content calendar to connect the invitation with deeper useful explanations. Record attendance and enquiries separately, with the source method visible.
