Social media client content approval worksheet
Ask the reviewer to approve a specific version of the asset, caption and destination together. Record what needs changing, who owns the change and whether the revised version needs another review. Approval of an old preview does not cover a later edit.

Complete the record
| Review area | Question | Record |
|---|---|---|
| Asset | Is this the exact image, video or slide sequence intended for publication? | Version or immutable preview |
| Wording | Do the spoken, on-screen and caption facts agree? | Corrections to exact lines |
| Offer | Are inclusions, exclusions, availability and dates accurate? | Business fact owner |
| Destination | Does the link open the matching offer on a phone? | Tested URL and any issue |
| Decision | What is approved, changed or held? | Reviewer, decision and version |
Check before sharing
- Use one review destination per version.
- Make feedback specific enough for another person to act on.
- Resolve conflicting feedback with the named decision owner.
- Check the final export after edits, including subtitles and destination.
Use the worksheet in practice
For a carousel, include the full ordered sequence. A reviewer who sees only the first slide cannot assess a claim qualified later in the sequence.
Store the approval with the published asset reference. If a price or date changes after approval, hold publication until the relevant fact and revised wording are confirmed.
