Leaving a review and referring friends
In short
You can review any completed order you own, once, from the package page. Reviews are published after moderation. The referral programme gives you a commission on deposits made by people who signed up with your link; earnings can be moved to your wallet once they reach the minimum.
Reviews
- Open the page for the package you ordered and scroll to the review form.
- Enter a display name, the completed order number, a rating and your review.
- Submit. The review is checked by an editor before it appears.
Rules:
- One review per completed order, by the account that placed it.
- Reviews are published whether positive or negative, provided they are about the order and contain no personal data, links or abuse.
- Published reviews show your display name, rating and text. Order numbers and account details are never shown.
Published reviews appear on the package page and on the reviews page.
Referrals
Your referral link is in Referrals in your account.
- When someone signs up through your link and adds funds, you earn a percentage of each verified deposit.
- Earnings are listed in the Referrals page.
- Once your available earnings reach the minimum, you can request a transfer to your wallet. Staff review each request.
The current percentage and minimum are shown on the referral programme page. Self-referrals and referrals created to abuse the programme are not paid.
