Bulk and scheduled orders

In short

Bulk ordering accepts one order per line in the form service ID, link and quantity, separated by a vertical bar. A schedule repeats one order a set number of times at a set interval. Both charge your wallet as each order is created, and each order appears separately in your order history.

Bulk orders

Open Orders, then Bulk in your account. Enter one line per order:

service ID | link | quantity

Review the list, then submit. Each line returns either an order number or an error for that line; successful lines are not affected by failed ones. Check each total before you submit, because every accepted line is charged.

Bulk ordering is for standard packages. Custom comments, website traffic and automatic services use their own forms.

Scheduled orders

A schedule creates the same order repeatedly.

  • Runs: how many times the order is created.
  • Interval: the time between runs.

Each run is charged when it is created. If the price has risen above the amount you approved, or the balance is too low, the schedule pauses and you are notified. Cancel a schedule from the same page; orders already created continue.

Automatic services

Automatic likes, views and comments are subscriptions that deliver to new posts for a set number of posts or until an expiry date. The form shows the maximum that will be reserved from your wallet. When delivery ends, staff reconcile the actual charge and return any unused reservation.

For developers

The customer API offers the same actions for your own system: list services, check balance, add orders, check status, request refills and cancel.
