Local workshop ticket-launch campaign kit
Prepare the activity, participation conditions, inclusions and booking confirmation before inviting people to buy a ticket. Show useful materials and arrival information, and keep changing arrangements on one maintained event destination.
Your working document
Prepare the campaign assets
| Asset | What it explains | Ready before publication |
|---|---|---|
| Activity invitation | Representative workshop task and date | The programme and audience conditions are ready |
| Ticket explanation | Actual price, inclusions and separate costs | The booking destination uses the same facts |
| Arrival | Correct entrance, timing and check-in | Confirm the venue arrangement |
| Reservation reminder | Genuine availability or cutoff and current action | Do not invent urgency or a deadline |
Copy starters to adapt
| Situation | Original starter |
|---|---|
| Tickets open | Tickets for [workshop] on [date] are available at [route]. The session covers [actual activity] for [intended participants]. |
| Inclusions | [Price and currency] includes [actual materials or activities]. [Separate cost] is explained at [destination]. |
| Arrival | For [workshop], arrive through [entrance] at [time] and follow [actual check-in arrangement]. |
Launch checks
- Ticket and event facts agree.
- Participation conditions appear before purchase.
- Availability and deadlines are genuine.
- Existing participants receive the actual next step after a change.
Coordinate the complete kit
An entrance view or map is useful when the route is unclear. An inclusions table is more useful when the ticket's contents are the obstacle. Choose the asset for the decision rather than filling a fixed visual quota.
Use the event calendar to coordinate posts and replies, and the Story sequence when a concise invitation is appropriate. Review actual reservations and attendance without treating every participant as attributable to social media.
