Why counts drop and how refills work

Purchased followers, likes and subscribers can fall after delivery. Why that happens, what a refill is, what voids it, and how to request one.

Quick answer

Counts drop because platforms remove accounts they consider inauthentic and because some accounts unfollow. A refill is a top-up of the lost quantity, offered only on packages that state it, for a set number of days, and only while the target link and username are unchanged. It is not a cash refund.

Why counts fall

  1. Platform removals. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X all remove accounts they identify as spam or inactive, often in batches. Every profile that those accounts followed loses them at once.
  2. Unfollows. Some accounts that followed later unfollow.
  3. Display corrections. Counts are cached and occasionally adjust a day or two after delivery.

Some drop is normal on every package from every seller. How much depends on the source of the accounts, which is why packages differ in price and in refill terms.

What a refill is

A refill sends new followers, likes or subscribers to replace the ones lost, back up to the level reached when the order completed. It is a new delivery, so it takes time, and it does not go above the original total.

A refill is not:

  • a refund to your wallet or payment method,
  • a guarantee that the count will never fall again,
  • available on packages that say "no refill" or "not included".

Refill terms to read

TermMeaning
Refill daysThe window after completion in which you can claim, for example 30, 90 or 365 days
Automatic refillThe supplier checks and tops up without a request
Refill on requestYou ask from the order page; some packages need a support ticket
Minimum dropSome packages refill only when the loss passes a threshold

What voids a refill

  • Changing the username or link. The order is tied to the link you submitted.
  • Setting the account or post to private, or deleting the post.
  • Stacking orders. If you order the same interaction for the same link from another service at the same time, nobody can tell whose delivery dropped.
  • The count falling below the starting point. A refill restores what was delivered; it cannot be measured if followers who were there before the order also left.
  • The refill period ending.

How to request one on Boostsy

  1. Open Orders in your account and select the completed order.
  2. If the package supports it, a Request refill button is shown.
  3. For packages marked as manual refill, open a support ticket linked to the order.
  4. Follow the refill's status on the same page.

Only one refill can be active for an order at a time.

Reduce drops in the first place

  • Choose a package with a stated refill period for anything you want to last.
  • Keep the account public and active during and after delivery.
  • Order in proportion to the account. Very large jumps on small accounts attract removals.
  • Avoid ordering from several sellers for the same link.

Frequently asked questions

Is a refill the same as a refund?

No. A refill replaces the lost quantity with a new delivery. A refund returns money or wallet credit and is handled separately under the refund policy.

How long does a refill take?

It depends on the package and the amount lost. A refill is delivered at a similar speed to the original order.
